📦 Shipping policy
Carriers: DHL Express, China Post Air Mail, or any client-specified courier (upon arrangement).
Delivery time: 9-12 working days after dispatch (tracking number provided).
Tracking: End-to-end tracking available via email notification.
Dispatch origin: Guangzhou, China.
International taxes: Buyers are responsible for any import duties/VAT applied by destination country.
For urgent orders, DHL express recommended. For customer-specified carriers, please contact our team to coordinate pickup/shipment.
🔄 Return & exchange
We stand behind quality. If you receive defective or wrong items, contact us within 14 days of delivery. Returns are accepted for manufacturing defects only. We do not accept returns for change of mind due to wholesale nature. Return shipping cost is covered by Lian Gui Clothing only when defect is verified. Prior to returning, a Return Authorization (RA) is required. Refunds or replacements processed within 7 business days after inspection.
